The 60th International Art Exhibition is divided between the Central Pavilion at the Giardini and the Arsenale, in two distinct sections: Contemporary and Historical ones.
Edition curated by Adriano Pedrosa, the first Artistic Director of the Biennale Arte from South America.
A series of works by Claire Fontaine, created since 2004, "Strangers Everywhere" that refer to the condition of the foreigner, also understood in its meanings of marginalised, immigrant, refugee, exile, indigenous, queer.
